Overlooking the main port and Dubrovnik bridge, just 10 minutes walk from Dubrovnik main sandy beaches, promenades by the sea and famous restaurants, ensures you a great vacation and relaxing stay in a unique romantic place in Dubrovnik.
On the entrance you have a few stairs that lead to the open plan bright modern kitchen with dinning area, nicely furnished living room, en suite to the master bedroom and another excellent bedroom with a double bed of extra quality and separate bathroom that includes shower cubicle. This elegant and warm apartment is decorated with a lot of passion and attention to the smallest details.
From the balcony you have panoramic views overlooking the Zaton Bay and the main Dubrovnik harbor with the bridge, the Marina and Cruise Terminal. Great for watching cruise liners and yachts sailing in and out of this beautiful harbor. For active vacation enthousiast there are water parks and tennis courts just 10 minutes away from the apartment. Daily tours to the Elaphite islands, Lokrum island, National park Mljet or The Lastovo Islands Nature Park can be easily reached and organized.
There is a separate laundry room in the basement level that includes a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board. The apartment/cottage is an independent unit that has a separate entrance directly from the street with no shared spaces. The owner provides a private parking place just next to the apartment entrance.
