Your house which consist of 2 separate apartments, is conveniently located on the outskirts of the city of Šibenik, in the area known for its sandy beaches and vicinity to holiday resort Solaris. Your apartment located on the upper ground floor and features two comfortable bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, additional bathroom, an elegant living/dining room with direct access to private balcony with sea view, a perfect spot for you to enjoy mesmerizing Dalmatian sunsets. At your disposal there is also a spacious front yard with a shared swimming pool and a patio with charming terrace, where you can have a barbecue enjoying the sea view. There is also a shared play room, a workout room and one private parking spot which you are free to use. The swimming pool is open from 01/04 until 31/10.
Within 150 m you will find a charming pebbly beach, a grocery store and a café while the nearest restaurant is only 300 m away. City center is easily reachable from the property, as it is only 5 km away. Walking through the old towns typical narrow stone streets you will be able to catch a glimpse of traditional Mediterranean easygoing lifestyle. National park Krka with its beautiful waterfalls is located only 15 km away. Also, Sibenik is situated between two ancient towns worth visiting (Split and Zadar), both are reachable in a nice 1 hour drive along the coast.

Very nice apartment near the beach and some local shop. All you need is at walking distance. I fell totally in love with Croatia an it's people. The owner made sure we had a nice holiday, everthing we needed was there in the apartment. It was clean, see more
