Interior of your house consists of 2 bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms, another third bedroom and a separate bathroom with washing machine. A fully equipped open plan kitchen is at your disposal as well as a spacious and bright living/dining area with direct access to a lovely 50m2 covered terrace. There you will find your private swimming pool, a jacuzzi, sun shower and a beautiful garden from which you can pick fresh vegetables in order to prepare healthy and delicious meals for your family and friends. The pool is open from 01/05 until 15/10.
Sukosan, a popular coastal destination with restaurants, cafes, beach bars and much more, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The old town of Zadar is also less than 20 minutes away. There you can stroll through the narrow streets and visit museums, churches and other sights for which Zadar is famous. Also, in a radius of less than 1 hour drive there are two National Parks worth visiting (Krka & Paklenica).

Das Haus und das Grundstück inkl. der beiden Pools hat vollsten der Beschreibung entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf mit einer sehr netten Nachbarschaft. In dem Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Für größere Einkäufe und alles andersee more
Das Haus und das Grundstück inkl. der beiden Pools hat vollsten der Beschreibung entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf mit einer sehr netten Nachbarschaft. In dem Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Für größere Einkäufe und alles andere gibt es in Zadar jegliche Geschäfte. Es ist alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt in der Ausstattung an nichts. Grundsätzliches, wie Salz, Pfeffer, Waschmittel waren sogar vorhanden. Besonders hervorzugeben ist der Vermieter. Er kommt fast jeden Tag morgens den Pool reinigen, er fragt jedes mal, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob etwas fehlt, er bringt Obst, Gemüse, Eier und auch Speck für das Frühstück, wenn gewünscht vorbei und er gibt Tipps, wo gute Aktivitäten und Strände sind. Wir finden, dass seine Führsorge für seine Gäste einzigartig ist. Danke für den tollen Urlaub und vielleicht bis bald.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles, was man brauchen kann. Sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich. Der Außenbereich ist auch mit allen ausgestattet: sauberes Schwimmbad, Liegen, Barbecue und Parken am Grundstück. Jeder Wunsch wird erfrasee more

Der Außenbereich ist auch mit allen ausgestattet: sauberes Schwimmbad, Liegen, Barbecue und Parken am Grundstück. Jeder Wunsch wird erfragt und gerne nach Möglichkeit erfüllt. Als wir ankamen wurden uns kalte Getränke und leckere Vorspeise angeboten. Haben sogar hausgemachten „dry meat“ als Geschenk bekommen und haben mit nach Deutschland gekommen. Vermieter herzlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden geblieben. Vielen Dank Zdene, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Den Jacuzzi ist ne Hammer! So etwas haben nur die Happy Few. Weiter alles in Ordnung, die Eigentümer sind komplett Nett. Wir dürften von eigenen Garten die Gemüsse und Kräuter verwenden. Total cool.

Ja, de Jacuzzi is echt een aanrader mevrouw den Braber. Voor volgend voorjaar, kunt u nu al uw woning vastleggen. Het weer is vanaf half April al 'zomers' en stabiel.
