This nice newly renovated holiday home is located in the beautiful hinterland of Zadar-Sibenik area, in a quiet village of Lisane Ostrovicke. Situated only 20 minutes away from the nearest beach and less than 20 minutes away form National Park Krka, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 persons.
The Interior of your Poolincluded holiday home Maslina consists of 2 separate apartments, each having their own fully equipped kitchens and dining/living rooms. In total there are 5 bright bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage part, an outdoor shower, a stone barbecue, a sundeck area with loungers, a large dining table which is well protected from the sun and a trampoline. The swimming pool is open from 01/05 until 16/10. A covered garage is provided for your cars, as well as plenty of gated parking space.
Nature Park Vrana Lake is reachable in a 15 minute drive, National Park Krka is 20 minutes away and nearest beach located in the lovely coastal town of Pirovac can be found at the same distance. Old towns of Zadar and Sibenik are both about 40km away and offer great restaurants, night life and much more. Holiday home Maslina will provide you with a relaxed stress free vacation away from the tourist crowds, yet is close to everything you might need in order to enjoy your stay and explore the rest of this amazing region.

We enjoyed a week holiday at this amazing property, which actually consists of 2 fully equipped apartments. On the ground floor there is a two double bedrooms and the first floor has 3 Double bedrooms. All completely private and gated making it feel see more
We enjoyed a week holiday at this amazing property, which actually consists of 2 fully equipped apartments. On the ground floor there is a two double bedrooms and the first floor has 3 Double bedrooms. All completely private and gated making it feel very secure. The swimming pool is a great size, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The owners family members live next door and there to help if there are any problems. We would strongly recommend hiring a car, this property is about 30/40 mins to Zadar airport, krka waterfalls, Zadar and many little beaches. We recommend a trip to Biograd (there is a centre here for antigen covid tests also) The KrKa waterfall was incredible. There is a big supermarket about 10 minutes drive away. While this property is inland and you do not have anything within walking distance the peace and quiet soon makes up for this. Not having any light pollution at night here makes a great clear sky and amazing for star gazing. We would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Die Unterkunft ist toll ! Wir waren total zufrieden, schön eingerichtete Wohnung, sauber und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Besitzerin war zu jeder Tageszeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit ! Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch nur see more

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Außenanlagen. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen, aber das geht auch aus der Beschreibung eindeutig hervor. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Hier kann man definitiv einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Die Umgebung bietetsee more
