Description
Poolincluded Villa Velebita is a beautiful newly constructed holiday home located in Razanac, only 150 meters from the nearest beach. With its private swimming pool and amazing sea and mountain views, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 8 persons.
A modernly 180 m² designed interior consists of 3 lovely bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a spacious and bright living/dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and an additional toilet. Balconies located on the top floor provide great panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the Velebit mountain. Outside the house, there is a garden fenced by high walls which provides total privacy and features your own swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue facilities, children's playground and a nice covered terrace ideal for dining in the open. The swimming pool is open from 01/06 until 01/10. Enough private parking space is secured for the guests, as well as a fast Wi-Fi connection. Also, pets are welcome! The perfect Poolincluded.com villa after we checked and proofed it ourselves.
Restaurants, markets and cafés are located just steps away from your accommodation. National Park Paklenica, Croatia's most important climbing destination, is only half an hour away. Zadar with its famous old town can be reached in a 20-minute car drive and island of Pag connected to the mainland by a bridge is about 10 km away. NP Krka and NP Plitvice Lakes are also within an hour's drive. This makes Poolincluded Villa Velebita an ideal base to explore the rest of the region, all while enjoying a stress-free vacation in a peaceful family orientated area.

We had a great time at the villa Velebita. The owner welcomed us with some drinks and dishes. The village and the sea are a few steps away for a really good espressolocal food! Swimming under the stars, grilled some fresh fish from the market :) The see more
