your holiday home consists of 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 elegant bathrooms, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a lovely living/dining area. From there you have direct access to a well kept garden with spacious terrace, barbecue facilities and your private swimming pool. Surrounded by nature and overlooking the Velebit mountain this is an ideal place to enjoy your next holiday. The swimming pool is open from 15/04 until 15/10.
Nearest beach located in Ljubac is only 5km away and a 10 minute car drive will lead you to Zadar. Area around your accommodation is known for sandy beaches and it can be a perfect starting point for exploring the rest of the region. Nearby islands of Vir and Pag are connected to mainland by bridge and are easily reachable. National park Paklenica, Croatia's largest climbing center is only half an hour away and daily excursions to NP Kornati are organized from Zadar on daily basis.

Wunderschöne Lage der Villa, ruhig und angenehm zu relaxen. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt und wurde von den Kindern ständig benutz. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. In ein paar Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Sandstrand, der nicht überlaufen see more
