Looking for fun and various activities: Zadar with its famous old town is reachable in a short 25 minute car drive and the nearest beach is located only 10 km away.
Situated on a large 4000 m² private estate and constructed out of local stone, your villa can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 8 + 2 persons. The tastefully decorated living space on the ground floor has a direct access to the lovely sundeck area and features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, elegant living room as well as a lovely gaming room with billiard, darts and a PlayStation. For your well being: there is a sauna, gym and a separate bathroom at your disposal. On the first floor there are 4 charming air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with their own en suite bathrooms. The 1st floor also provides a balcony with garden furniture where you can enjoy the company of your family and friends.
The spacious outside area offers your a lovely private swimming pool and a jacuzzi. There is also a nice spot for you to relax, with an open fire place and large wooden dining table. Last but not least, you can play tennis at your fenced court and there is a children's playground for the little ones as well as table tennis. The pool is open from 10/04 until 15/10. We really had a wonderful time at this villa. The pool and jacuzzi were great during the hot days in Croatia. The covered terrace with BBQ was also very nice, we had a great time sitting here and preparing our own food on the BBQ. The rooms in the visee more
