With 5 modern fully equipped apartments, it can easily accommodate a bigger group of friends or a larger family. The specious ground floor with private swimming pool and your own restaurant that can organize daily meals for extra charge, with a big terrace aside and outdoor furniture it is a great place for organizing some private party or just relaxed moments. The swimming pool is open from 01/04 until 31/10.
On the first and second floor you find on each floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 nicely decorated bathrooms, a living area with balcony and kitchen overlooking the sea. On the top-floor you have your penthouse apartment of 70 m² with 2 nicely decorated bedrooms, a kitchen with a spacious living area, a huge balcony area with deck chairs overlooking the sea and the Pelješac peninsula across the sea. The view is magnificent!
In addition, enough parking spaces are secured for the guests and the owner allows pets. During the July and August you share the pool with the Villa next door.
The Villa provides a great location as a tours to vineyards can be organized with wine-tasting and home made food. And enjoy the sunset for a unforgettable view on Croatia. The Neretva valley with kite-boarding and kite-surfing is just 10 km away. Neretva delta is Croatian kite-boarding paradise - It is a famous place for this adventure in Croatia as well as in this part of the world. If you like to visit and explore the stone walls - the longest in Europe, visit Ston, just 20 km away and taste oysters with superior quality. Dubrovnik is just 70 km away, ideal for a perfect daytrip!
