This villa has it all and beyond! Poolincluded - Villa Neoric has a large private (heated) swimming pool with integrated Whirlpool. It is situated in the hinterland of Split, at an altitude of 450 m, in a small village Neoric. Its quiet location offers you a relaxed stress free vacation with lots of privacy.

on a large 15 000 m² private estate, this villa offers a comfortable stay for maximum of 12 persons. The spacious 260 m² living space is divided on two floors. The ground floor features a cozy living/dining area with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a modern studio apartment with a bathroom and a massage shower and a RELAX AREA with fitness room, a sauna, additional bathroom and a Pool house. On the 1st floor you find: 3 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a 5th bedroom with its own bathroom.
The beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, trees and flowers is located around the house and is an ideal place for spending moments with friends and family. The outdoor facilities include a private 60 m² swimming pool which is open from 01/04 until 01/11 (a Whirlpool is integrated) a Finnish sauna with a separate bathroom, a private tennis/ basketbal/ football court, a cozy terrace with loungers and an extra toilet. The central place in the garden is the Pool house which features a nice open fire place, an extra kitchen and a big dining table.
The villa is airconditioned, you can park (till 6 cars) on your own fenced property, the owner is willing to organize a transfer, you will be welcomed with local food and drinks, there is a Karaoke installation in the Pool house, you can play darts and there are plenty hidden and shaded spots on the estate. On top: you can harvest your own fresh seasonal food and herbs!
The nearest town at the coast, Sinj is 12 km away from your villa while the grocery store and a bus stop are reachable in a 5 minute walk. Nearby Cetina river is worth exploring and offers activities such as cycling and rafting. In just a half an hour drive you can visit UNESCO protected town of Split. Also, numerous islands can be visited in 1 Day excursion departing from the old town.
