What a nice place, what a good atmosphere! Villa Coza with its lovely, private swimming pool enjoys a peaceful location in the village of Zunici. The nearest beach in Vinjerac is reachable by car in only a few minutes, so is the nearby high quality local restaurant. Poolincluded Villa Coza is your perfect choice for a stress free vacation, ideal for 2 families or group of friends offering superb comfort for up to 8 persons.
The outdoor area offers a swimming pool, a beautiful covered terrace with BBQ facilities, perfect for nice summer dinners! There is also another cute terrace with rattan furniture next to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from 01/05 until 31/10.
The interior space offers great comfort on three levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. The elegant living room with fireplace and a nice dining table gives direct access to the beautiful, fenced patio with swimming pool. On the first floor you find two spacious bedrooms and a separate bathroom. On the third level, in the attic there are 2 stylish bedrooms and an additional bathroom. All the rooms in the house are equipped with TVs and air condition devices.
Thanks to the vicinity of the sea and Velebit mountains, Vinjerac has fresh and clean air. Zadar with its amazing old town is only 30 km away. Entrance to the most important climbing center in Croatia, national park Paklenica is 25 km away. Proximity to Velebit with its parks, caves, paths and bike routes makes this area attractive for those who seek an active vacation.
Due to unpleasant experiences in the past, a minimum age of 25 years applies for bookings with groups.

Wij hebben met een groep van 8 familieleden een geweldig fijne vakantie genoten in Villa Coza. Alles is met grote zorg gemaakt en onderhouden, je bent meteen thuis. De eigenaren zijn lieve mensen een extra compliment voor hun. Verder is Dalmatië nog see more

De eigenaren zijn lieve mensen een extra compliment voor hun. Verder is Dalmatië nog relaxter dan Istrië. Het eten en drinken is overal even lekker.

Onze vakantie in villa Coza is heel goed bevallen. Het huis en de faciliteiten zijn allemaal even netjes en compleet. Van de slaapkamers en de badkamers tot de buitendouche en de buitenkeuken. Er is heel goed over nagedacht, er is altijd een plek insee more
