1.) I have booked a holiday home or apartment, but I cannot use it due to entry restrictions to the Republic of Croatia.
What are my options in this case?
To all Solis Porec guests who have booked their accommodation with a stay between 21st of March and 30th of April 2020, the reservations will be cancelled free of charge and guests will be informed of the further procedure.
For all reservations with arrival date after the 30th of April 2020 we are offering a change of dates up to 18 months of the request of change; the change or reservation is possible in the same property, or any other property from our offer.
Please note that the rebooking must be made at least 29 days before the original arrival.
The above conditions will be updated depending on the development of the situation with the Coronavirus pandemic.
2.) Can I book another house or apartment?
To all our guests who have booked the property with arrival date after the 30th of April 2020, we are offering the option of changing the reservation dates for a later date in 2020 or 2021 free of charge. If the booked property is already occupied for the alternative date it will be possible to book another property from our offer. Should the property is more expensive than the originally booked one, the price difference is to be covered by the guest. Should the property be cheaper than the booked one, the amount of the balance will be adjusted to the new, lower price.
3.) Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the reserved period of stay and current restrictions regarding the entry to the Republic of Croatia from other countries. The current refund policy is with the reservation check in until 30.04.2020. Refunds will change depending on the restrictions. Please note refunds might take up to the 180 days from cancellation due to extraordinary situation we have all found ourselves in.
In defining the above conditions we are guided by the good practice of the largest travel agencies operating in Europe.
