If a guest requires exceptionally high internet speed for work purposes, we are usually informed in advance so we can check the speed and suitability. Please note that the property is located in a rural area, where internet speed is naturally slower than in cities, and in general, internet speed in Croatia tends to be lower than in many other countries. Wer sich nicht daran stört etwas im Hinterland zu wohnen, ist hier genau richtig. Wir wurden von Romina und Ronni sehr freundlich empfangen und durchs Haus geführt. Für uns war das Haus perfekt - wir haben uns bewusst für etwas Abgeschiedenheit entschieden - die Ruhe war herrlich, unser Hund konnte durch den komplett eingezäunten Garten toben. Wer Lust auf Meer und Trubel hat fährt morgens bequem in 20 Minuten ans Meer oder nach Porec, Ronvinji, Vrsar oder zum Einkaufen in die großen Supermärkte. Mittags dann Entspannen am mega tollen Pool . Der Außenbereich ist mit ganz viel Liebe angelegt und gepflegt. Top natürlich auch noch: alle Räume mit Klimaanlage!

Design-Villa Benka is situated in Pinezici in centra Istria, Tinjan region. It is a true Istrian villa with large pool and garden full of fruit trees. The combination of the old and new design makes it unique. It consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, one large bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath , smaller double bedroom and a small bathroom with shower. The large bedroom overlooks the garden. The staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms, one double and one twin, sharing a bathroom with shower. The living are downstairs opens to the large terrace with outdoor kitchen and a large table perfect for al fresco lunches or dinners. The sauna and additional living space at the side with billiards, football, large table and chairs are additional features of the villa which makes it special and unique. There is also a separate storage with a washing machine. A large swimming pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers features the garden with fruits and olive trees. Parking is at the propertey, the property is fully fenced. Wine, fresh vegetables with oluve oil can be ordered at the neighbouring house and take it over on the property wall.
